Jacqueline Van Voris and Mildred Adams Kenyon, January 1975 Jacqueline Van Voris was born to Victor and Genevieve Naggiar in Corsicana, Texas on November 11, 1922. She grew up in Arcata, California. During World War II, she instructed pilots on instrument flying as a Link Trainer with the WAVES for the U.S. Navy from 1944 to 1946.
